Last winter I put the kids in daycare three days a week. I worked two 1/2 days, and then I'd snowboard with my sister-in-law for half a day. It was a glorious time but short-lived; soon after ski season ended, the kids' beloved daycare closed and I had to move them to two days at a new daycare + Blake two days at preschool.

But! Beginning this month, preschool is done (Blake is jumping up and down shouting "Yea! No more preschool!") and I've started them again in three days of daycare.

Thus begins

TUESDAY MORNING MOUNTAIN BIKING

I'm going on a bike ride.

Can't drive down it.
Can't fly over it.
Have to keep riding.
